Terms & Conditions
Bookings are only confirmed with a 50% deposit and confirmed flight details. The deposit will be non-refundable if:

A) If no notice is given (no show)
B) If a cancellation is made within 45 days prior arrival in low season and      High/Peak season.

100% deposit of total booking will be non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 14 days prior arrival in low season and high/Peak season.

If cancellation is made prior to the above period the deposit will be refunded minus bank charges and a 10% administration fee.

A future credit will be applied if there has been an emergency illness (doctor certificate required)
Check-in time is 14.00 hours and check-out time is 12.00 hours. Day use of the villa up until 6pm will be charged at 50% of your room rate.
Extra beds are available at a cost of USD$25.00 nett per night. This includes airport transfers and breakfast.
Above Rates and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice from Sienna Villas Management.

When paying by credit card differences in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah, and bank processing time. Sienna Villas cannot be held responsible for those banking discrepancies.

Credit card transactions will be subject to additional charges at 2% for Visa and Mastercard and 4% for Diners Club and Amex.
